VERSA Assistant was created to support small businesses with the parts of running a business that often get pushed to the bottom of the list — bookkeeping, payroll, admin, compliance, safety and documentation.
Behind VERSA Assistant is Kate Cunningham, a multi-skilled professional with hands-on experience across a wide range of industries, from small family-run businesses through to highly regulated environments.
I understand how challenging it can be to keep up with day-to-day admin while also staying compliant with constantly changing legislation. Many small businesses don’t have the time, resources, or need for full-time admin, payroll or compliance staff — but they still carry the same legal responsibilities. That’s where I come in.
